Aktivitas Beberapa Subfraksi Herba Meniran (Phyllanthusniruri Linn.) terhadap Aktivitas dan Kapasitas Fagositosis Makrofag

Abstract

Studi tentang aktivitas beberapa subfraksi ekstrak etil asetat meniran telah dilakukan. Parameter yang ditentukan yaitu aktivitas fagositosis dan kapasitas makrofag peritoneal mencit jantan (Mus musculus) secara in vivo yang diinduksi oleh Staphylococcus aureus. Subfraksi dari nomor 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, dan 8 diuji dengan dosis 100 mg / kg dan Tween 80 1% digunakan sebagai kontrol, semua yang diberikan secara peroral selama 7 hari. Aktivitas dan kapasitas fagositosis dihitung pada hari ke delapan setelah jumlah leukosit sel darah dihitung dari darah yang diambil pada ekor dan suspensi Staphylococcus aureus yang diinjeksi dengan rute intraperitoneal. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa subfraksi dari 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, dan 8 pada dosis 100 mg / kg bb tidak mempengaruhi jumlah leukosit. Aktivitas fagositosis meningkat secara signifikan (P <0,05) dan aktivitas tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh subfraksi 4, yaitu 96% dibandingkan dengan kontrol 62,58%. Kapasitas fagositosis juga meningkat secara signifikan (P <0,01), dan kapasitas tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh subfraksi 4 yaitu 109,50% dibandingkan dengan kontrol 77,83%
