Review Jenis Sensor yang Dapat Mendeteksi Tanah Longsor

Abstract

Tanah longsor merupakan kejadian alam yaitu perpindahan suatu material yang berbentuk lereng berupa batuan, rombakkan tanah atau material campuran yang bergerak jatuh keluar lereng. Tanah longsor dapat terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan mengakibatkan jatuhnya korban jiwa. Maka diperlukan alat untuk membantu memberikan peringatan dasar bahwa akan terjadi tanah longsor yang datang secara tiba-tiba. Ada alat yang dinamakan LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) yaitu sensor cahaya untuk membaca pergeseran tanah. Dan dengan pemrograman mikrokontroler, meliputi dua bagian yaitu bagian sensor potensiometer dan sebagai tanda peringatan dini terjadinya tanah longsor. Adapun alat ini akan bekerja secara bertahap dalam menyalurkan informasi peringatan terjadinya tanah longsor. Di Indonesia sendiri alat pendeteksi tanah longsor menggunakan sensor cahaya belum diterapkan.
