Advancing Personalized Computer Science Education: An Information Retrieval Perspective

Abstract

To support Computer Science self-learners in finding their ideal course from the extensive selection of online learning resources, we leverage web crawling and Huggingface's SentenceTransformers to recommend open-access CS courseware from users' plain text requests.
