Abstract

Recibido: 24 de Mayo 2019Aprobado: 3 Julio del 2019El objetivo de esta investigación es Comparar la eficacia de Simil exit, cierre primario y cierre diferido utilizado para el manejo Quirurgico de neonatos con Gastrosquisis. Servicio cirugía pediátrica. Hospital Alfredo Van Grieken. Periodo Enero 2009 - Octubre 2018. Metodología: Estudio retrospectivo, descriptivo, observacional de casos, de campo, no experimental. Muestra no probabilística sujeta a criterios de inclusión y lapso de investigación, conformada por (41) neonatos con Gastrosquisis. Resultados: (24,4%) pacientes se usó Simil exit, (34,1%) Cierre Primario y (34,1%) Cierre Diferido. Promedio de inicio de Vía oral de simil exit fue 3,70 días, cierre primario 6,14 días, cierre diferido no iniciaron por muerte. Tiempo hospitalización simil exit 10,70 días, cierre primario 15,71 días, cierre diferido 3,57 días. Complicaciones 92,7%, más común sepsis 46,3%. Sin Reintervencion 87,8%. Mortalidad 61%, sobrevida 39%, menor mortalidad simil exit 10%.Conclusiones: Estadísticamente hay diferencias entre las tres (03) técnicas quirúrgicas utilizadas (Simil-exit, cierre primario y cierre diferido) en cuanto a las complicaciones y Mortalidad, resultando con mayor efectividad el tratamiento con la técnica quirúrgica Simil – Exit, ya que con este procedimiento, utilizado en los neonatos con Gastrosquisis, se inicia la vía oral en menos tiempo, permite menor tiempo de hospitalización, menos complicaciones y menor mortalidad.
