Vulneración de los derechos de la naturaleza

Abstract

El objetivo general del estudio fue analizar la vulneración de los derechos de la naturaleza. La modalidad aplicada en el estudio fue cualitativa. Se apoyó en la técnica de recolección de datos documental, manejando la recolección y análisis de una tipología documental-bibliográfica mediante la cual se procede a revisar las leyes, boletines oficiales y artículos científicos. Igualmente, se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista, misma que se realizó a cinco familias que viven en sectores aledaños al Rio Toachi. Se concluye que, existe vulneración de los derechos de la naturaleza por contaminación del Río Toachi en el Recinto Salinas de Monte Nuevo, siendo insuficientes los mecanismos de denuncia ante las autoridades administrativas de los gobiernos autónomos descentralizados tanto provincial, cantonal, como parroquial, ya que hasta la presente fecha este problema es continuo.
