Abstrak – Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membangun sebuah jurnal pengabdian masyarakat yang berbasis OJS di IPDN Kampus NTB yang dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk manajemen publikasi dan penerbitan artikel hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat Dosen di IPDN Kampus NTB. Diharapkan dengan adanya OJS ini dapat meningkatkan publikasi dan manajemen penerbitan secara elektronik serta sepenuhnya dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh author, editor maupun mitra bestari (reviewer) di lingkungan IPDN Kampus NTB. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Waterfall. Setelah penelitian dilaksanakan, hasilnya adalah IPDN Kampus NTB memiliki jurnal pengabdian masyarakat yang bisa digunakan untuk mempublikasikan jurnal dosen tersebut dapat meningkatkan KUM pada Penilaian Angka Kredit (PAK) untuk kenaikan pangkat dan laporan BKD Dosen setiap semesternya. Penerbitan perdana jurnal ini direncanakan pada Januari 2024 dan dapat menampung minimal 10 artikel dalam setiap edisi. Abstract - This research tries to build an OJS-based community service journal at IPDN NTB Campus which can be used as a form of publication management and publishing articles resulting from community service for lecturers at IPDN NTB Campus. It is hoped that this OJS can improve electronic publications and publishing management and be fully implemented well by authors, editors and bestari partners (reviewers) within the IPDN NTB Campus. The method used in system development in this research is the Waterfall Method. After the research was carried out, the result was that IPDN NTB Campus had a community service journal which could be used to publish lecturer journals which could increase the KUM in the Credit Score Assessment (PAK) for promotions and BKD Lecturer reports every semester. The first publication of this journal is planned for January 2024 and can accommodate a minimum of 10 articles in each edition.
