В статье обсуждаются проблемы импортозамещения, вышедшие на передний план в связи с технологическими и торговыми внешними санкциями 2022 года по отношению к России. Рассмотрены также вопросы экспортозамещения, которые пока не ставились на федеральном и региональном уровнях государственного управления. Привлечен опыт других стран, которые проходили путь импортозамещения. The article discusses the problems of import substitution that have come to the fore in connection with technological and trade external sanctions in 2022 against Russia. The issues of export substitution, which have not yet been raised at the federal and regional levels of government, are also considered. The experience of other countries that have followed the path of import substitution is drawn on.
