Abstract

Publicadas en 1996. Las Disposiciones tipo fueron preparadas por la Secretaría de la OMPI y ofrecen, cuando procede, notas explicativas sobre la disposición de que se trate. Constan en total de seis artículos, tocando temas tales como los principios generales, la confusión causada, el daäno al activo intangible o a la reputación, inducir al público a engaäno y el uso de información secreta.
