Abstract

La protección contra la competencia desleal ha sido reconocida como parte de la protección de la propiedad industrial desde hace casi un siglo. En 1900, durante la Conferencia Diplomática de Bruselas para la Revisión del Convenio de París para la Protección de la Propiedad Industrial (denominado el adelante "el Convenio de París"), se manifestó por primera vez este reconocimiento mediante la inserción del Artículo lObis en el Convenio.
