Abstract

Les effectifs en main-d'œuvre d'une exploitation sont fonction des périodes de pointe. Ils doivent être évalués d'après le temps de mobilisation des travailleurs et non d'après leur temps de travail. L'emploi d'une main-d'œuvre familiale entraîne des achats de biens de consommation qui constituent, au même titre que les achats de moyens de travail, des avances en capital pour la production. En l'absence de salaires, la somme des dépenses de consommation du ménage et de l'épargne «privée» fournit une évaluation approximative du coût monétaire d'empioi de la main d'œuvre familiale. L'approximation est d'autant plus grande que le profit et les revenus annexes sont plus importants.
