FLEKSIBILISASI DAN KERENTANAN PASAR KERJA INDONESIA

Abstract

Penerapan pasar kerja kerja fleksibel merupakan solusi jangka pendek untuk mengurangi pengangguran dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Indonesia sudah menerapkan fleksibilisasi, salah satunya untuk menciptakan lebih banyak kesempatan kerja. Menerapkan fleksibilisasi tanpa mempersiapkan kebijakan perlindungan dan jaminan sosial untuk pekerja menjadi pertanyaan besar kebijakan ini. Apakah Indonesia mampu untuk menerapkan fleksibilisasi tanpa mengorbankan kesejahteraan pekerja yang belum terlindungi dengan jaminan sosial yang jelas? Kata Kunci : fleksibilisasi, pasar kerja fleksibel, perdagangan bebas, outsourcing, pekerja outsourcing
