El objetivo de este estudio fue producir un material de referencia cuantitativo (MR) para PT que contenga Bacillus cereus en leche en polvo. Una solución estéril de leche desnatada al 10% que contenía sacarosa 100 mM se contaminó con una cepa de B. cereus en una concentración específica. La matriz homogeneizada se distribuyó en viales y se liofilizó. El lote producido se consideró suficientemente homogéneo asignando una desviación estándar objetivo de 0.25. La RM se mantuvo estable a ≤ -70 ºC y (-20 ± 4) ºC durante 1,058 y 60 días, respectivamente. En la evaluación de temperaturas para el transporte de material, la MR se mantuvo estable a 4, 25 y 35 ºC durante cuatro días. Se concluye que el lote producido tenía todos los requisitos necesarios para ser utilizado como ítems de PT.

La MP était stable à ≤ -70 ºC et (-20 ± 4) ºC pendant 1,058 et 60 jours, respectivement. Dans l'évaluation des températures pour le transport du matériel, la MP était stable à 4, 25 et 35 ºC pendant quatre jours.
