ANALISIS PENGARUH DILATASI BANGUNAN GEDUNG TINGGI MENGGUNAKAN ETABS PADA BANGUNAN BERDENAH T

Abstract

Gempa adalah permasalahan utama di Indonesia, terlebih lagi di Sumatera Barat yang merupakan termasuk daerah rawan gempa. Dimana dampak dari gempa ini berupa kerugian fisik hingga mengancam jiwa manusia. Dalam permasalahan ini dicari solusi dengan membuat bangunan dengan dilatasi. Analisis dilakukan terhadap bangunan berdenah T dimana bangunan berada pada daerah yang beresiko gempa yaitu di Kota Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat. Analisis bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku struktur yang diberi dilatasi dengan memperhatikan nilai simpangan antar lantai untuk dapat mengetahui jarak dilatasi yang aman digunakan. Analisa dikerjakan menggunakan tiga model bangunan, model pertama adalah bangunan utuh berdenah T sedangkan model dua dan tiga adalah pemisahan dari bangunan utuh yang didilatasi menggunakan dua kolom. Bangunan terdiri dari enam lantai dengan masing-masing tinggi lantainya 4 meter. Dalam perhitungan yang terjadi pada simpangan antar lantainya menggunakan program analisa struktur Etabs versi 2020. Hasil analisa didapatkan jarak dilatasi yang aman yaitu 100 mm dari jarak aman minimalnya yaitu 75 mm.Kata kunci: Gempa, Bangunan Asimetris, Dilatasi, Etabs Versi 2020
