Prawo pracownika do ochrony prywatności w stosunku pracy
W artykule Autorka postawiła tezę, że wśród dóbr osobistych ważną rolę odgrywa prawo pracownika do prywatności. Przede wszystkim wskazane zostały zagadnienia dotyczące monitoringu w miejscu pracy oraz ochrona korespondencji tej listowej oraz poczty elektronicznej pracownika. W ramach wniosków de lege ferenda zaproponowano wprowadzenie konkretnych sankcji do Kodeksu pracy, w sytuacji naruszeń ze strony pracodawcy.
