Abstract

Die zukünftigen Anforderungen, Bedürfnisse und Wünsche der am österreichischen Bibliothekenverbund teilnehmenden Bibliotheken für eine strategische Anpassung des Dienstleistungsportfolios der Österreichische Bibliothekenverbund und Service GmbH (OBVSG) zu ermitteln, war das Ziel einer Umfrage, die 2017 durchgeführt wurde. Der Beitrag fast die wesentlichen Ergebnisse zusammen.
