Abstract

Guru merupakan ujung tombak dari kegiatan pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang menjadi motivator bagi peserta didik dalam memacu aktivitas belajar peserta didik di sekolah . Oleh karena itu, kemampuan guru dalam mengajar dituntut selalu meningkat selaras dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi agar kegiatan interaksi belajar-mengajar semakin hidup.
