Abstract
<jats:p>The paper characterizes procedural actions performed by forensic practitioners and law enforcement personnel working in customs. It substantiates the need to update the legal framework behind the system of continuous forensic support of various operations within the system of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation. A system of technical forensic support for customs operations is offered for consideration.
