Abstract

A obra é um esforço de aproximação entre Direito e Filosofia na adequação da Jusfilosofia ao problema de sua efetividade e atualização, sem utopias vãs e perigosas e muito menos sem demagogia ideológica, tão comum no meio acadêmico e social de hoje. A seleção dos artigos desta coletânea, é um convite ao pensamento crítico e filosófico sobre o Direito, especificamente sob a ordenação do pensamento kantiano e afins, também em comemoração aos 300 anos de nascimento de Immanuel Kant (1724-1804).
