Abstract

O estresse vivido no mundo organizacional é destruidor de carreiras, ativador de problemas de saúde e catalizador para problemas como síndrome do pânico e afins. Deve ser observado e tratado desde a empresa à rotina do empregado para evitar disfunções e distúrbios mais severos. A maioria das organizações avaliam o estresse como fator motivador e delimitam como problemas pessoais e passível de substituições, pois como é muito difundido dentro das instituições, ninguém é insubstituível. Mas, com a difusão da internet e o esclarecimento de problemas decorrentes de níveis de estresse elevados, tanto empresas, quanto pessoas iniciam um investimento em busca de conhecimento, no que tange a minimização de tais problemas, para a sobrevivência de ambos no mundo organizacional, tal qual delimitado neste trabalho como um problema organipessoal, fundindo os principais interessados.
