Abstract

El tema analizado dista de ser pacífico. En efecto, no hay acuerdo doctrinario en cuanto al fundamento y el concepto de los derechos fundamentales, de los derechos sociales ni, menos aun, de los derechos sociales fundamentales. Referiré en primer término a los derechos fundamentales, seguiré con los derechos sociales y abordaré, finalmente, los derechos sociales fundamentales.
