Abstract
Introduction. A continuous action unit for the formation of an underlying layer is designed to increase productivity in the construction of roads and other facilities, for which it is necessary to remove the top layer of soil. In the bucket of the continuous action unit to form an underlying layer of roads provides the use of working bodies, cutting the ground with blades of knives. The cut-off soil enters the buckets.
