Un composite plâtre-MCP pour améliorer le confort thermique des bâtiments.

Abstract

Le but de ce travail est de caractériser un matériau de construction composite incorporant un nouveau matériau à changement de phase (MCP) à transition solide solide que nous développons au Laboratoire de Physico-chimie des Polymères et des Interfaces (Université de Cergy-Pontoise). Le MCP est solide dans la gamme de température du bâtiment et ne présente pas de danger pour l’Homme ou l’environnement. Les différents MCP synthétisés effectuent des transitions de phase entre 20°C et 30°C avec des chaleurs latentes comprises entre 80J/g et 120J/g. Le MCP est utilisé pour la formulation d’un composite plâtre/MCP à différentes teneurs en MCP. Le composite est caractérisé thermiquement par calorimétrie différentielle à balayage (DSC) et analyses thermogravimétriques (TGA), des essais de suivi thermique en enceinte climatique sont aussi réalisés. Des tests de vieillissement accélérés sont imposés au composite afin d’estimer la durabilité des propriétés thermiques du MCP au cours du temps. La résistance mécanique du composite est déterminée par des essais de compression uniaxiale.
