This research was conducted on recycling pavement material and maximise it uses in hot mix asphalt application. By manipulating engineering characteristics of the recycled mixture, the research was successful in specifying the maximum content of the recycled asphalt pavement. Outcomes of the research benefit both local Asphalt Suppliers and Road Authorities, helps improving their asphalt mix design and current specification, respectively. Higher content of recycled materials also encourage parties to conserve their budget by saving disposal fee, to reduce negative impact of landfill on environment and more importantly to preserve the sustainable development.
