The object of the following pages is to give some legal reflexions on the administrative supervision of intellectual property on the Internet, in the field of the so-called information society services. They do not refer therefore, to civil and criminal supervision, traditional in our Law, although –as will be seen– these types of supervision dispensed by Legal Regulations are not completely unrelated to this administrative protection, and for this reason, they will be mentioned on repeated occasions.
