Análise da cobertura vacinal da tríplice viral no Brasil

Abstract

Objetivo: Analisar a cobertura vacinal da Tríplice Viral nas regiões do Brasil de 2000 a 2022. Métodos: Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental retrospectiva, realizada pela base de dados TABNET, com a intenção de analisar os dados da cobertura vacinal da Tríplice Viral no Brasil de 2000 a 2022. Resultados: Em geral, a cobertura vacinal do Brasil apresenta homogeneidade entre as regiões, com quedas e crescimentos sempre semelhantes. No ano de 2003 todas as regiões apresentavam CV da D1 acima dos 95% e esse feito perdura até 2014. Em 2017 nenhuma região conseguiu alcançar o esperado, perdurando assim até o fim do estudo (2022). Relacionado a CV da D2, os dados só são expressos a partir de 2013 no TABNET e 2014 foi o único ano a atingir o previsto e apenas para a região Nordeste com 95,21% e a região Centro-Oeste com 99,27%. Conclusão: Constata-se que a CV da D1 alcançou ótimos números, contudo desde 2015 essa cobertura vem caindo drasticamente. A CV da D2 quase nunca foi satisfatória e por falta de dados, só é possível analisar a partir de 2013, o que gera uma lacuna.
