Abstract

近年の地球環境保全に対する社会的要求が高まる中，レンゴーでは「エコチャレンジ009」を制定し，省資源・省エネルギーの取り組みを行っている。「エコチャレンジ009」中の目標のひとつに，「2009年度までに全社のCO2総排出量を1990年度比22％削減する」を掲げ，達成に向け取り組んでいる。本稿では利根川事業所で，LNGサテライト設備導入による発電用ボイラーの燃料転換（C重油⇒LNG）を行いCO2排出量を大幅に削減した事例と，発電タービン高効率タイプへの更新による省エネルギー事例について紹介する。
