Le Sud face au défi climatique

Abstract

Le changement climatique, lié à l'augmentation des émissions de gaz à effet de serre, a des conséquences drastiques sur les écosystèmes et sur les sociétés humaines. Si ces émissions sont essentiellement causées par les pays développés, ce sont les populations des pays en développement qui en subissent le plus fortement les conséquences. Le développement durable, qui concerne tous les pays de façon différentiée, exige de "décarboner" les économies et de trouver des voies nouvelles permettant le développement humain, tout en atténuant le changement climatique.
