Our field work during the season of 1949 and continued study of past collections has revealed several plants which are new records for the state. Some of these have been previously reported for the state but to our knowledge specimen evidence was not known until our collections. In addition a few records are given based on specimens now on file in our herbarium. .One record from the literature is given to further consolidate information on the Kansas Flora.
