Abstract

El propósito del presente artículo es: enunciar la opinión colegiada del denominado “Grupo de Ingenieros Pemex Constitución del 17” sobre el tópico del desarrollo de la industria petrolera del país; como una estrategia de cambio que posibilite la transformación de la industria y contribuya a la generación de bienestar social, desde un enfoque crítico.
