The article gives a presentation of algorithms of evaluation of clutter parameters by maximum likelihood method – coefficients of interperiod correlation and the Doppler phase shift for a repetition period. The likelihood function is introduced for reference count of Gauss clutter. As a result of the solution of the appropriate equations the final algorithms were obtained for valuation of coefficients of inter-period correlation and Doppler shift of clutter phase.
