HIGHLY ELLIPTIC SPACE SYSTEM FOR MONITORING OF GEOSTATIONARY ORBIT

Abstract
Considered proposals to build orbital constellation of highly elliptic space system, designed for surveillance of geostationary space objects, as well as possible approaches to development of satellites for inclusion to such orbital constellation. The actuality of development of such a system is due to the necessity to control space objects representing potential danger for domestic geostationary satellites.
