Abstract

低酸素時の腎循環調節機構を解明するため, pentobarbital sodiumで麻酔した雑種成熟イヌ41頭を用い,低酸素負荷(5%O2•95%N2, 5分間)時の腎旗行動態の変動を研究した.腎神経保存イヌでは低酸素負荷により体血圧の上昇, RBFの減少およびRVRの増大を認めたが,腎神経切断イヌではRVR増大が遅れかつ軽度であつた.自律神経節遮断イヌでは腎血行動態に有意の変化を生じなかつた.一方,体外循環により定圧で左腎を潅流した場合は,低酸素負荷により体血圧上昇, RBF減少, RVRの軽度増大を示した. C6•dibenamineで腎外性因子を遮断したイヌでは, RBFは増加しRVRは有意の減少を示した.腎を静脈血で潅流したさいも同様の結果が認められた.従つて5%02吸入時の腎循環の変動は,低酸素血自体が腎血管に対して拡張作用を有するにもかかわらず,主として交感神経性,一部体液性支配に基づぎ,体血圧上昇と同時に腎血管収縮をもたらすものと考えられる.
