Abstract

Se realizó un estudio sobre los factores socioeconómicos y el abandono de Lactancia Materna Exclusiva (LME), en casos atendidos en el Servicio de Pediatría del Hospital San Bartolomé. El objetivo es identificar las causas de abandono de Lactancia Materna exclusiva en madres atendidas en los consultorios del Hospital San Bartolomé. El estudio fue de tipo Descriptivo, Prospectivo y Transversal, Enfoque Cuantitativo La muestra estuvo conformada por 192 madres con niños lactantes hasta los seis meses.
