Abstract

El presente trabajo contempla como tema principal las habilidades personales de los gerentes del sector micro y pequeña empresa de Lima Metropolitana y el uso de herramientas CASE para la construcción de una tienda virtual. La micro y pequeñas empresas conocidas como Mypes, son una clasificación de empresas según el rango de ventas anuales que realizan, siendo las empresas con ventas no mayores a 1700 UIT. \r\nEl enfoque del estudio de habilidades personales es en aquellas que son fundamentales para el aprendizaje, es por ello que se estudia las habilidades cognitivas, que son las capacidades para la adquisición y procesamiento de información, como segunda habilidad, se estudia las habilidades técnicas, que son las capacidades de una persona para realizar una tarea en específica y finalmente se estudia las motivaciones que son las razones por la cual el ser humano realiza alguna actividad. El grado de desarrollo de estas habilidades permitirán que el gerente de una mype utilice herramientas tecnológicas de fácil manejo por si mismo, evitando la intervención de terceros y generando beneficios a su propia empresa.
