Development of certified reference materials of heat resisting nickel alloys for determination of detrimental impurities and rare earth elements by spectral methods

Results of development and certification of reference materials of composition of heat resisting nickel alloy with the certified values of content of detrimental impurities (Zn, Cd, Pb, Tl, Bi, In, Ag, Sb, Ga, Ge, As, Se, Sn, Te, Mn, Cu), rare earth elements (Pr, Nd, Dy, Gd, Ho, Er, Nb, Sc, Y, La, Ce), and also other impurities (P, B, Fe, Si, V, Ru, Zr, Hf, Ca, Mg) are given. Developed CRMs are used for calibration of optical emission spectrometers, mass-spectrometers with glow discharge and laser sampling and others.
