La ley aplicable al despido en el contrato de trabajo internacional

Abstract

Los despidos son una fuente importante de litigiosidad en el contrato de trabajo internacional. Este artículo trata el tema de la determinación de la ley aplicable al despido en el marco del Reglamento Roma I y analiza las especialidades del despido de los trabajadores expatriados conforme a ley española, incluyendo la aplicación de las leyes de policía en España.
