Las agrociencias en la dimensión de paisajes sostenibles

Abstract

Debido al grave impacto que tienen hoy en día los sistemas productivos agropecuarios en todos los ámbitos (local, rural, regional y global); se hace necesario proponer estrategias que prolonguen la existencia de todos los seres vivos, incluida una forma de vida sostenible y saludable para la humanidad. En el texto, los autores reflexionan en torno a los paisajes rurales sostenibles, los riesgos en la agricultura y la necesidad de comprenderlos cuando se pretendan generar políticas o proyectos. También, se analizan los paisajes sostenibles en sistemas productivos de frutales, el cultivo de la palma y las alternativas para manejar los residuos de las cosechas forestales que se generan.
