Abstract

Объектом исследования является рабочее место строгальщика. А предметом - безопасность на рабочем месте строгальщика. Цель исследования: обеспечить безопасность строгальщика при работе на поперечно-строгальном станке. Задачи исследования: 1. Разработка методики обеспечения безопасности рабочего места строгальщика; 2. Анализ деятельности специалиста по обработке металла и проблем обеспечения безопасности; 3. Разработка предложений по повышению уровня безопасности на рабочем месте строгальщика. Методы, используемые для решения поставленных задач: - теоретический метод (изучение теоретических источников и нормативных документов); - эмпирический метод (оценка условий труда, анализ обеспечения безопасности, анализ травматизма на рабочем месте строгальщика); - инженерные расчёты и технологическое проектирование для устранения производственных вредных и опасных факторов. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы такие информационные технологии, как база данных КонсультантПлюс, официальный интернет-портал правовой информации (pravo.gov.ru), электронная библиотека СПБПУ (elib.spbstu.ru), научная электронная библиотека (www.elibrary.ru), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel. В исследование проанализирована деятельность строгальщика, опасные факторы, влияющие на рабочий процесс, на здоровье работника, предложены мероприятия по уменьшению и устранению неблагоприятных последствий и повышению безопасности на рабочем месте.

The object of the study is the workplace planer. And the subject is safety at the workplace planer. Purpose of the study: to ensure the safety of the planers workplace. Objectives of the study: 1. Development of a methodology to ensure the safety of the planers workplace; 2. Analyzing the activities of a specialist in metal processing and the problem of ensuring safety; 3. Development of proposals to improve the level of safety at the workplace planer. Methods used to solve the set tasks: - theoretical method (study of theoretical sources and normative documents); - empirical method (assessment of working conditions, analysis of safety, analysis of traumatism at the workplace planer); - engineering calculations and technological design to eliminate production harmful and hazardous factors. In order to achieve these results, such information technologies as Consultant-Plus database, the official Internet portal of legal information (pravo.gov.ru), SPbPU electronic library (elib.spbstu.ru), scientific electronic library (www.elibrary.ru), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel were used in the work. The study analyzed the activity of planer, hazardous factors affecting the work process, on the health of the employee, proposed measures to reduce and eliminate adverse effects and improve safety in the workplace.
