Abstract

In the course of the final qualifying work, a project of a business center with a buried underground part of 17.1 m was developed. The purpose of the work is to develop, in accordance with the terms of reference, the following sections: ROM, AR, KR, IOS, POS, TSP, PB, ODI, EE, SM. Project documentation has been developed in accordance with the Decree of the government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008No. 87 «On the composition of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content (as amended on April 28, 2020)». An analysis of the enclosing structures and excavation clearing systems is carried out. The most rational version of the building envelope for the designed building was selected. The calculation and analysis of the stress-strain state of the system under consideration in the GEO5 program is performed. An analysis of the enclosing structures and excavation clearing systems is carried out. The calculation and analysis of the stress-strain state of the system in question in the GEO5 program is performed. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: - choose the most rational option for the excavation pit of the designed building - choose the most suitable release system - create a design design scheme in the GEO5 program - perform the calculation of the pit fencing scheme - perform an analysis of the stress-strain state of the system in question The most rational option for excavating the pit, constructed by the “Slurry wall” method, has been selected. The most convenient fastening of the foundation pit fence during excavation is anchoring into the ground. During the calculation and analysis of the excavation fencing scheme, the maximum values of the internal forces of the structure were obtained. A check was also carried out of the bearing capacity of the anchors and the selection of reinforcement for the wall in the ground.
