Ð’ ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿ÑƒÑкной квалификационной работы был разработан проект бизнеÑ-центра Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ð»ÑƒÐ±Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ подземной чаÑтью на 17,1 м. Цель работы заключаетÑÑ Ð² разработке, в ÑоответÑтвии Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑким заданием, Ñледующих разделов: ПЗУ, ÐÐ , КР, ИОС, ПОС, ТСП, ПБ, ОДИ, ÐÐ, СМ. ÐŸÑ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð° в ÑоответÑтвии Ñ ÐŸÐ¾Ñтановлением правительÑтва РФ от 16 Ñ„ÐµÐ²Ñ€Ð°Ð»Ñ 2008 года â„– 87 «О ÑоÑтаве разделов проектной документации и требованиÑÑ… к их Ñодержанию (Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ на 28 Ð°Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ»Ñ 2020 года). Произведен анализ ограждающих конÑтрукций и ÑиÑтем раÑÐºÑ€ÐµÐ¿Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð°. Выполнен раÑчет и анализ напрÑженно-деформируемого ÑоÑтоÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑматриваемой ÑиÑтемы в программе GEO5. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ цели были поÑтавлены Ñледующие задачи: - выбрать наиболее рациональный вариант Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð° проектируемого Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ - выбрать наиболее подходÑщую ÑиÑтему раÑÐºÑ€ÐµÐ¿Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ - Ñоздать раÑчетную Ñхему конÑтрукции в программе GEO5 - выполнить раÑчет Ñхемы Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð° - выполнить анализ напрÑженно-деформируемого ÑоÑтоÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑматриваемой ÑиÑтемы Выбран наиболее рациональный вариант Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð°, возводимый ÑпоÑобом «Стена в грунте». Ðаиболее удобное крепление Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð° при разработке грунта ÑвлÑÑŽÑ‚ÑÑ Ð°Ð½ÐºÐµÑ€Ð½Ð¾Ðµ крепление в грунт. Ð’ ходе раÑчета и анализа Ñхемы Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð° были получены макÑимальные величины внутренних Ñил конÑтрукции. Также была проведена проверка неÑущей ÑпоÑобноÑти анкеров и подбор арматуры Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñтены в грунте.
In the course of the final qualifying work, a project of a business center with a buried underground part of 17.1 m was developed. The calculation and analysis of the stress-strain state of the system under consideration in the GEO5 program is performed. The most convenient fastening of the foundation pit fence during excavation is anchoring into the ground. During the calculation and analysis of the excavation fencing scheme, the maximum values of the internal forces of the structure were obtained. A check was also carried out of the bearing capacity of the anchors and the selection of reinforcement for the wall in the ground.
