Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа (диссертация) посвящена проблемам государственного контроля (надзора) в области эксплуатации гидротехнических сооружений. Рассматриваются понятия «гидротехнические сооружения» и «государственный контроль (надзор)», «имущество», «правовой режим», а также судебная практика по вопросам причинения вреда в результате нарушения законодательства о безопасности гидротехнических сооружений. Раскрываются наиболее важные проблемы в указанной отрасли. В работе определены полномочия и основные функции органов исполнительной власти в области эксплуатации гидротехнических сооружений.
