Разноэтажное многосекционное жилое здание с пристроенной автостоянкой

Abstract

Дипломный проект на тему «Разноэтажное многосекционное жилое здание с пристроенной автостоянкой», содержит графическую часть из 13 листов и пояснительную записку, выполненную в объёме 79 листов. В графической части разработаны чертежи, содержащие информацию о расчётно-конструктивных решениях здания, архитектурно-строительных, а так же приложения проекта организации строительства. Проектом предусматривается строительство жилого дома состоящего из 10 секций переменной этажности . Общая жилая площадь - 14,855 тыс. м2. Планируемая численность проживающих составляет 550 чел. Общее количество квартир - 255. Строительство жилого здания располагается по адресу Санкт-Петербург, Выборгский район, проспект Энгельса. Проектируемое жилое здание размещается на участке площадью 37701 м2.
