Abstract

Рассмотрена многогранность процесса Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹, исследуются проблемы Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ в ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ ÑƒÑÐ¸Ð»Ð¸Ð²Ð°ÑŽÑ‰ÐµÐ¹ÑÑ конкуренции на рынке, в связи с которыми компании должны в кратчайшие сроки адаптироваться к меняющейся окружающей среде. Исследуются организационные изменения, приводящие к потере устойчивости организации. Рассматриваются важнейшие задачи управления в период перемен, которыми являются достижение равновесия в текущей деятельности компании при закреплении промежуточного результата Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹. Ориентировано на студентов, аспирантов, специалистов в области менеджмента. Может быть использовано в ÐºÑƒÑ€ÑÐ°Ñ : «Управление персоналом», «Кадровый менеджмент».

Печатается по решению редакционно-издательского совета Санкт-Петербургского государственного Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ университета.
