Abstract

В учебном пособии отражены вопросы, посвященные основам теории качества, методам разделения и в частности хроматографии, являющегося одним из широкого используемых современных методов при контроле качества сырья, полуфабрикатов и готовой продукции пищевых производств. Предназначено для аспирантов направления подготовки 19.06.01 "Промышленная экология и биотехнология", а также магистрантов, бакалавров и студентов всех форм обучения интересующихся методами контроля качества пищевых продуктов.
