Abstract

Este artículo tiene por objetivo presentar el panorama actual de la insol­vencia transfronteriza a nivel global y, específicamente, en Colombia a la luz de la Ley Modelo de la CNUDMI sobre insolvencia transfronteriza, la cual surgió para “autorizar y alentar la cooperación y la coordinación entre jurisdicciones”3 como respuesta a la globalización.
