Abstract

La transicion a la democracia en Chile se ha logrado en forma excepcionalmente rapida y exitosa. En cambio, su consolidacion esta comenzando y enfrenta severos desafios que exigiran esfuerzos de gran envergadura y complejidad en los anos venideros.
