Managing exchange rate risk in not-for-profit non-governmental organizations

Abstract

System planů a rozpoctů je pro větsinu organizaci jednim ze zakladnich nastrojů řizeni, ktere ma management k dispozici, a v oblasti neziskových organizaci tomu neni jinak. Tento přispěvek se zaměřuje na to, jaka jsou specifika rozpoctovani, konkretně etapy sestaveni rozpoctu, pro sektor nevladnich neziskových organizaci (NNO). Na zakladě výzkumu identifikuje hlavni podoby sestavovani rozpoctů v zavislosti na způsobu financovani NNO a controllingove nastroje využivane při připravě a vyhodnocovani rozpoctu.
