Políticas de desarrollo productivo

Abstract

Esta nota técnica tiene como objetivo señalar los avances, desafíos y propuestas en tres áreas importantes para el desarrollo productivo en Uruguay: el clima de negocios, la institucionalidad para las políticas de desarrollo productivo (PDPs) y la consolidación de los avances en programas de PDPs. El documento se estructura de la siguiente forma: En la sección 2 se describe el marco de referencia, la sección 3 se presenta el marco de políticas macroeconómicas que impactan directamente en el entorno de las firmas. La sección 4 analiza la evolución reciente del sector en el país y el rol del Banco en el proceso, mientras que en la Sección 5 se identifican las áreas de trabajo y colaboración posibles entre el Banco y el País para los próximos años. En la sección 6 se presentan los riesgos potenciales de esta intervención y las formas de su posible mitigación y la sección 7 cierra con algunas conclusiones.
