Abstract

Objetivos. Programar actividades PERT del sistema de riego automatizado y la reducción de costos en la empresa Agroindustrias San Jacinto S.A.A., año 2016. Materiales y métodos. La presente investigación es descriptiva, pre experimental. La población estuvo conformada por un campo de 87.00 has, siendo el tamaño de la muestra 71.90 has y su muestra ajustada de 39.12 has. Se utilizaron las técnicas de la revisión de datos, análisis de documentos y la observación, utilizándose el software WinQSB versión 2.0. Resultados. Se mejoró notablemente la programación y la eficiencia de los tiempos de las actividades, se evidenció que la demora de las actividades de un proyecto eleva los costos financieros. Conclusión. La programación de actividades PERT del sistema de riego automatizado permite reducir los costos en la empresa Agroindustria San Jacinto S.A.A.
