Abstract

Polish Abstract: Celem opracowania jest analiza zapisow normy ISO 16355-1:2015 dedykowanej metodzie QFD i proba określenia wplywu ustanowienia standaryzacji na rozwoj tej metody. Na podstawie badania treści normy i literatury dotyczącej QFD omowiono wspolczesny ksztalt metody wraz z narzedziami pomocniczymi. Otrzymane wyniki pozwolily na potwierdzenie dojrzalości metodologicznej i empirycznej ujetej w standardzie metody. W konsekwencji sformulowano wniosek o potencjalnym pozytywnym wplywie ISO 16355-1:2015 na rozwoj QFD i na przyspieszenie jej dyfuzji. English Abstract: The aim of the study is to analyse standard ISO 16355-1:2015 dedicated to Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and to undertake an attempt to establish its effect to QFD’s development. Based on the literature review about QFD the author discusses contemporary version of this approach for new product development with auxiliary tools. The obtained results allowed to conclude that QFD reached its methodological and empirical maturity of QFD. Consequently, the potential positive impact of ISO 16355-1: 2015 on the evolution and development of QFD and on acceleration of its diffusion was stated.
