Perspectivas teóricas y formación universitaria del Trabajo Social en Chile posdictadura

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es identificar las perspectivas teóricas relevantes en el proceso de formación en Trabajo Social en Chile post dictadura. Desde una perspectiva hermenéutica-crítica se realiza un análisis de los programas de estudios de primer año en los cuales se aborda los fundamentos e historia de la disciplina en las universidades pertenecientes del Consejo de Rectores de las Universidades Chilenas (CRUCH). De los resultados, se desprenden la emergencia de dos grandes perspectivas que nutren el proceso de formación profesional: un enfoque de tipo generalista y otro que se sustenta desde la historia social y política de Chile y latinoamericana.
